Fran Rowe

Fran has extensive knowledge of medical standard of treatment of care, expert at educating attorneys regarding relevant medical issues and experienced with various EMR systems. Fran graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University as well as a Associate in Nursing Degree from the University of the State of New York.

Jennifer Kirkland

Jennifer has 25 years of experience working complex cases in top insurance defense firms, as well as the Georgia Department of Law. No stranger to trial work, she has worked alongside lead counsel in 4 state trials in OR and GA, and two federal trials. She obtained an A.A. in History with Honors from Darton College in Albany, GA. After graduating, she transferred to the University of Georgia on a full Watson-Brown Foundation scholarship completing all major requirements in pre-law towards a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Women’s Studies obtaining a Certificate of Academic Achievement. While at UGA, Jennifer was on the Dean’s Student Advisory Board, and Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Service in AmeriCorps brought her to Atlanta where she stayed to attend the National Center for Paralegal training, an ABA approved program graduating with Honors.

For 6 years Jennifer was a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Association of Paralegals, serving 2 years as President. She has continued pro bono and service work in the Atlanta community building homes for Habitat for Humanity, Legal Food Frenzy, Servis Juris Day, and receiving an award presented by Georgia Legal Services. Jennifer enjoys e-Discovery and project management of document production.

Malorie A. Cilli

Malorie is an experienced RN with her clinical background from UPMC Presbyterian, a Level I Trauma Center. She then gained certification through the Vickie Milazzo Institute as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant to combine her writing and review skills with her clinical nursing skills to assist attorneys in understanding medical pathologies and traumatic injuries. She also has CPT coding experience and is able to help review medical billing records and estimate a reasonable total cost of medical expenses for injured parties.

Susan Buettner

Susan has over 31 years of civil litigation experience and joined the firm’s Trucking section.  She obtained her Associate Degree as a Paralegal Specialist from Western School of Health and Business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.  She is an adjunct professor at Gwinnett College teaching Paralegal Studies as well as a member of the Board.  Susan brings vast experience in both plaintiff and defense work assisting in litigating nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, labor and employment, civil rights, personal injury and trucking litigation.  

Kristina Stafford

Kristina has over 20 years’ experience working with law firms as a paralegal. Kristina graduated from Georgia Southern University with an Associate of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Kristina’s role with the firm is assisting attorneys in preparation of Open Records Requests, Non-Party Requests and Subpoenas for Production of Documents. Kristina is an active member and past president of the Southeastern Association of Legal Assistant (SEALA) and is a Court Appoint Special Advocate (CASA) with Brightside Child & Family Advocacy.
