Jacob Weiss
Jacob Weiss is an associate at Nall & Miller who specializes primarily in transportation and trucking, premises liability, insurance, and general liability litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Jacob worked in corporate mergers & acquisitions at a large firm in New York City and in various areas of litigation at two Atlanta-based firms.
Background and Education
Jacob earned his Bachelor of Arts in History at Vanderbilt University before attending Emory University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2020. While at Emory, Jacob served as the Director-in-Chief of the Emory Moot Court Society and qualified as an International Finalist in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
Jacob is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and New York and is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
