Experience in this practice area includes:
- Representing a manufacturer in ten mass joinder welding fume cases, in which a total of 340 plaintiffs, from 34 different states, are suing 47 different defendants.
- Representing a major appliance manufacturer in nationwide claims involving allegations that products caused toxic mold.
- Serving as regional counsel for a manufacturer of polyvinyl chloride in a class action brought by coal miners, who claimed that they suffered chronic and life-threatening injuries resulting from the inhalation of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), a compound allegedly found in polyurethane foam products used in the coal mining industry.
