Our E-Discovery group counsels and aids clients in all phases of electronic discovery. We have substantial experience in assisting clients to develop procedures and policies governing the preservation of electronic information in the face of actual or threatened litigation.

We provide our clients with guidance in managing discovery in large-scale cases. We also have experience defending clients in cases where discovery presents a tremendous expense and an overwhelming burden of time.

Experience in this practice area includes:

• Serving on a national coordinating team to lead and advise a Fortune 100 corporation through e-discovery issues.
• Providing advice to a national retailer regarding the best practices for data preservation, and counseling the client on strategies for e-discovery and document production in multi-state litigation.
• Representing a medical and health care services provider as national counsel for e-discovery and all document production in order to assure consistency in production from case to case, and to assure peer review and privileged materials are not inadvertently produced.
