Alice S. Brown

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Alice Brown is a paralegal with the firm. She obtained her paralegal certificate in 1982 from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta. With over twenty-five years of paralegal experience in the legal environment, she provides legal support for the firm’s litigation practice.
Prior experience includes medical malpractice defense, personal injury, insurance defense, commercial construction and real estate litigation, property/mineral rights litigation and complex case litigation. She has previously worked with Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia in defense of various state employees and agencies, and the Office of Indiana Attorney General, as a paralegal in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit providing support in the investigation of Medicaid fraud and complaints of elder abuse and neglect.
Her experience includes providing full and diversified legal support to attorneys and clients, including preparation of pleadings, discovery and other routine court documents; maintaining and monitoring case files; compilation and analyzation of discovery material and other documentation; coordinating and facilitating schedules and deadlines; and investigations, research, and interviewing clients and witnesses in obtaining necessary information.
Alice has a large family in the Atlanta area. She enjoys spending time with them and, in particular, her grandsons, Brandon and Tyler.

W. Gary Bush

Gary Bush obtained his nursing degree in 1976. He later became a certified paralegal in 1986. Gary has been a nurse paralegal at Nall & Miller, LLP since May of 1986.
Mr. Bush has worked on a wide array of types of cases for our firm. His experience includes working on cases that include medical malpractice, personal injury and product liability. Gary has worked on well over 1,000 cases since he began working at this firm.

Andrea N. Horne

Andrea Horne obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Georgia State University in August 2006. Soon after graduating from college, Andrea obtained a clerk position at Nall & Miller, LLP. While working full time as a file clerk, Andrea obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Emory University. In January of 2008, Andrea was offered a paralegal position with the firm. Andrea works with a variety of attorneys in handling cases for Prison Health Services.
Andrea enjoys spending time with her son, Joshua. She also is involved in her church where she is a youth leader.

Judith K. Moe

Judith Moe obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Management and Economics (with a major in Marketing) from State University of New York in New York, New York. She later completed a graduate level paralegal training program at Adelphi University in New York.
Judith has worked as a paralegal for 16 years. She began working at Nall & Miller, LLP on October 22, 2001. The majority of her cases involve issues related to products liability, medical malpractice, personal injury and insurance defense.
As an avid tennis player, Judith spends a large portion of her free time playing league tennis. She also enjoys spending time with her dogs, Hector and Charlie, and whenever she can she volunteers her time to dog rescue groups and shelters.

Natalie D. Summers

With over 17 years of experience, Natalie Summers has worked as a paralegal in both Knoxville, Tennessee and Atlanta, Georgia. While in Knoxville, the majority of her cases involved product liability claims (asbestos litigation). In 1996, Natalie moved to Atlanta where soon after she began working at Nall & Miller, LLP. Natalie works on cases involving allegations of medical malpractice (defense). In January of 2008, Natalie became the Legal Administrator for Nall & Miller, LLP.
Natalie Summers is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. During Natalie’s childhood, she lived with her family on the island of Grenada, West Indies. She returned to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1989. After graduation, Natalie completed the paralegal program at The National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia where she obtained a paralegal certificate.
When not in the office, Natalie enjoys spending her time with her husband, Robert, and their two young children (son, Davis, and daughter, Audrey).

Doris J. Szczygiel

Doris Jo Szczygiel is a litigation paralegal with Nall & Miller, LLP. Doris started her paralegal career in 1996 and obtained her bachelor's of science in legal studies and paralegal certificate from Nova Southeastern University in 1998 and 1999 respectively.
While engaging in plaintiff's work for a period of time, most of her experience involves a variety of insurance defense work including the defense of: self-insured pharmaceutical, medical device and appliance manufacturers, legal and design professionals, as well as delaings in securities, receivership and commerical litigation. Doris has extensive experience working on Multi-District Litigation and matters pending in Federal Court.
Outside of the office, Doris enjoys spending time with her family, supporting local animal charities and attending sporting events.

Brenda N. Tierman

Brenda Tierman is originally from Miami, Florida. She obtained an Associates Degree in Arts with Honors in Criminal Justice from Miami Dade Community College. She then obtained an Associate in Science Degree with Honors in Nursing from Miami Dade Community College. Shortly after getting married, she and her husband moved to the Atlanta area.
For a number of years, Brenda worked as a registered nurse in the Atlanta area. In 2005 she attended Emory University where she obtained a Paralegal Certificate with Honors. Soon thereafter, she began working at Nall & Miller, LLP. In her rather short time at the firm, Brenda has worked on a large number of cases involving issues pertaining to personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability.
Brenda and her husband, Doug, have three children. She has served as the President of the PTA at her children’s school and has also served as the Nursery Director at her church. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
