George R. Neuhauser

In 1978, George Neuhauser graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law and joined Nall & Miller. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Neuhauser has practiced exclusively in our firm's civil litigation section.

Mr. Neuhauser began his legal practice defending a wide variety of liability claims. Over the years, his practice has concentrated in the fields of product liability, medical malpractice, psychiatric malpractice and hospital malpractice. Mr. Neuhauser has defended serious personal injury and death cases in each of these fields. Currently, he oversees our firm's national representation of the world's largest manufacturer of home appliances and has successfully tried or mediated cases to conclusion in over forty states, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada.

He regularly speaks, teaches and writes in the areas of personal injury litigation and trial techniques. He was a contributing author to "Evaluating and Settling Personal Injury Claims" and is regularly on the faculty of the Atlanta College of Trial Advocacy and the Emory University Trial Techniques Program. Mr. Neuhauser has made presentations for the Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education on "Product Liability Law," "Winning a Jury Trial," and "Elder Law." For the Atlanta Bar Association, he made a presentation on "Depositions: Tactics and Issues." Finally, for the Insurance Law Institute, he made a presentation on "Uninsured Motorist Coverage in Georgia." He is a member of the Trial Attorneys of America, the Georgia Defense Lawyer's Association, The Defense Research Institute Lawyers' Club of Atlanta and the Product Liability Advisory Council.
