John D. Hocutt

John Hocutt joined Nall & Miller in 2006, after several years of representing healthcare providers in actions alleging professional negligence.  Mr. Hocutt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English, cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 1998, and then graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2001. 

Mr. Hocutt's trial practice includes handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputes, motor carrier liability, medical malpractice defense, products liability defense, and catastrophic injury. 

Mr. Hocutt is active in the community as he is on the Board of Directors of Create Your Dreams, a youth development program for at-risk students.
