Debby S. Heller

Ms. Heller returned to the practice of law to manage a new national litigation project at Nall & Miller in June of 2007. She organizes and directs the defense of hundreds of constitutional law claims throughout the United States. Earlier in her career Ms. Heller practiced in Atlanta for almost seven years with Kilpatrick and Cody, now Kilpatrick and Stockton, as a member of the firm's general litigation team. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison College of Michigan State University in 1976. After a year working in Washington D.C. for the Council of Americas, she earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1980.
