Alexia Ruffner Roney

Alexia Ruffner Roney joined Nall & Miller in 2004, after completing a federal clerkship in the Northern District of Georgia. Ms. Roney’s practice is heavily weighted towards litigation in the areas of Constitutional Law, Medical Malpractice, Family Law, and Motor Carrier Litigation.

Ms. Roney has successfully resolved numerous cases through dispositive motions in both state and federal court throughout the United States. Ms. Roney also worked in depth on Nall Miller’s recent successful jury verdict award of 9.5 million dollars against a Sheriff on a 1st Amendment Retaliation Claim.

Ms. Roney graduated from the University of Virginia and attended law school at University of Arizona, James E. Robinson College of Law. Ms. Roney graduated law school magna cum laude and received Order of the Coif. She was a note editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.
