Mary A. Palma

Mary Palma joined Nall & Miller in 1994 after earning her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law. Ms. Palma earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University, in 1989.

Ms. Palma is a partner at the Firm with over thirteen years of experience as a litigation attorney specializing in the defense of complex products liability actions and insurance coverage disputes. Her practice includes representation of the world's largest manufacturer of home appliances, involving defense of its products nationwide. Additionally, Ms. Palma has extensive experience in representing insurance companies in complex coverage disputes on both a regional and national basis. Many of these disputes arise out of construction defect claims, professional errors and omissions, toxic tort, products and business operations.

Ms. Palma's trial practice includes product liability, commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, casualty, medical malpractice and civil rights cases in Georgia state and federal courts, as well as state and federal courts in other jurisdictions.
