Charles R. Carson

Mr. Carson earned his undergraduate degree in architectural engineering from Southern Polytechnic Institute in 1988, graduating with honors. He was a member of the Tau Alpha Pi National Honor Society.

Mr. Carson graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 1993 where he was a member of state and national mock trial teams in 1992 and 1993.

Mr. Carson joined Nail & Miller in 1993 and has been a partner in the firm since 2001. Mr. Carson focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability and construction litigation. Over 14 years, Mr. Carson acted as lead counsel in over 130 cases. He has participated in more than 20 jury trials, 12 as lead counsel. He has participated in more 15 bench trials as lead counsel.
